Short-Form Video Editor (Claude / AI Workflow)

We're looking for a video editor who can turn raw footage, creator clips and app demos into strong short-form videos for Carby, our meal-planning app. You should already use Claude in your editing workflow and be able to show how it helps you produce better videos faster.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Edit TikTok and Instagram Reels with strong hooks, clear stories and natural pacing.
• Use Claude for practical editing work: reviewing transcripts, planning cuts and B-roll, creating captions, or automating repetitive steps. Explain your workflow and check the final result yourself.
• Keep the speaker sounding natural, with room to breathe. Choose cuts and pattern interrupts that support the story.
• Add clear, native-style captions, relevant B-roll and app demos. Keep text inside platform safe areas.
• Make the hook flow into the demo and keep the product mention natural.
• Fix audio, caption, timing and visual glitches. Deliver organized project files and clean exports, and apply feedback accurately.
• Study strong reference videos and explain the editing choices you would adapt.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven short-form editing work for consumer apps, UGC or direct-response ads.
• Sustained work on similar projects. Tell us how long you worked with each relevant client and what you owned.
• Good judgment on hooks, pacing, captions, B-roll and retention.
• Hands-on Claude experience plus confidence in an editing tool such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.

PAY
$500 USD per month base, plus view-based bonuses, with $1,000 USD per month in on-target earnings. On-target earnings include the base and performance bonuses; bonuses depend on performance.
