Carrier Onboarding Representative
Confidential employer
GH Logistics is a growing freight brokerage and asset-based logistics company specializing in dry van and reefer freight. Our strength comes from reliable carrier partnerships, disciplined execution, clean communication, and scalable capacity across the U.S. As our network continues to expand, we are looking for a Carrier Onboarding Representative to help identify, verify, onboard, and develop relationships with reliable trucking carriers across our priority markets.
This role is not just about adding carriers to our network. It is about building a dependable carrier base, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring our operations teams have access to qualified carriers when capacity is needed.
Role Overview
You are responsible for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with qualified carriers while supporting the growth and reliability of GH Logistics' carrier network. You will work directly with U.S.-based trucking companies to identify carriers operating in our priority markets, verify their qualifications, complete onboarding requirements, and maintain accurate carrier records.
This is a high volume and phone-based role that requires persistence, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced freight environment. This role does not involve booking loads or negotiating freight rates. Your primary responsibility is to ensure qualified, verified carriers are properly onboarded, documented, and connected with the appropriate internal teams. This role is strictly for fluent English speakers, as the position requires constant communication with U.S.-based carriers and internal team members throughout the shift.
