Data-loving assistant for a growing cozy creator!!

Hi!! Here is some info of what I'm looking for!

I'm a writer and artist, and I’m transitioning away from my current career (tattoo artist and shop owner) and following my bigger passion and starting a personal brand sharing real and fictional stories. I'm looking for someone to help me with some VA and Data analytics tasks related to social media. I have 3 months of data from posting to analyze and reformat/repost, and have had some videos go viral, as well as a new content strategy to experiment with going forward. I can do all the creative creation but I need someone to help me stay organized and track and implement things!

Type: Part time, 5–20 hours a week to start, with room to grow
Pay: $6/hour to start
Schedule: 10 PM–1 AM and/or 6 AM–11 AM Philippine time so that we have adequate time to work together! You can of course work outside of these hours, but I'd like to communicate and work together in these windows on some days.

You don’t necessarily need social media experience. What matters is that you love data, enjoy finding patterns, and get excited about figuring things out on your own. If you’re the kind of person who organizes things for fun, that will be a big asset!

What you’ll be doing:

-Tracking how my posts do and keeping it all organized in Notion
-Finding which posts did well (or didn’t) and helping me figure out how to remake them with a new hook or format
-Running hook tests: posting the same video as trial reels with about 4 different hooks, seeing which one wins, and posting that one to my main account
-Choosing old posts to repost after 60 days with an upgrade
-Replying to some comments and messages using copy-and-paste replies I’ll give you (I handle the conversations and questions myself)
-Analyze and track ad data + conduct guided experiments

You’ll love this job if you

-Get a little thrill from spreadsheets and spotting patterns
-Notice the small stuff other people miss
-Like learning new things on your own, like YouTube rabbit holes and trying stuff out
-Are super organized
-Ask questions when something doesn’t make sense
-Work well on your own and anticipate the next step needed
-Enjoy setting up charts and visuals to visually see the data

This is NOT for you if

• You’re just looking for a few months work
• You just want to clock in and out
• You’re not excited about it
• You don’t want to keep learning and growing your skills

Bonus points if:

-You have basic video editing in CapCut or something similar (to change out video hooks)
-Know your way around notion + databases
