Looking for a Friendly & Reliable Body Double | $1–$2/hour

I’m looking for a calm, friendly body double to help me stay focused and get through daily tasks over video calls.
This is a job that can be easily done while you are doing your regular main job.

What is body doubling?
Body doubling means having someone present while you work. For neurodivergent people, including those with ADHD or autism, this supportive presence can make it easier to start tasks, maintain focus, and feel less overwhelmed. You don’t need to be an expert -patience, consistency, and a gentle, nonjudgmental approach matter most.

Many of my BD partners say that this helps with their productivity too.

Schedule : looking for multiple people who can cover different times of my day (morning/afternoon/evenings + weekends)
I start working around 9-10am PST and sleep around 11-12am PST. Sometimes I will do body doubling right upto my bedtime
Rate: $1–$2/hour
Hours: 5 - 20 hours per week (or more, i sometimes BD 12hrs a day. )

What you’ll do:

• Stay on camera while we work through tasks.
• Offer gentle reminders and help me stay on track.

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have a warm and supportive presence
• Have reliable internet, a webcam, and a quiet workspace
• Are comfortable with extended video calls
• Have a job/schedule where you are home working but do not have alot of meetings.
