Full-time | PHP 55,000 per month, paid monthly, contractor agreement | Start ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET (10pm to 7am Manila).

About the role
We need an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to run a US client’s CRM and automations, plus supporting admin. You must be able to work in GHL with minimal supervision from day one.

Primary duties (GoHighLevel)
-Build, manage and troubleshoot workflows, automations and triggers.
-Manage pipelines and lead status for prospective and current clients.
-Set up calendars, meeting confirmations and reminders, and email /SMS sequences for clients and contractors.
-Build and maintain forms, funnels and landing pages.
-Create social posts with a client-provided AI tool and schedule them in GHL: 3 per weekday (9am, 1pm, 6pm ET). Saturday posts are scheduled on Fridays.
-Keep CRM contact data accurate for clients, contractors and vendors.

Secondary duties (admin)
-Prepare invoices, receipts and contracts, send payment links, and log payments per project.
-Keep client and contractor folders for each project.
-Make outbound calls to leads and clients and log each call.
-Request and track insurance certificates and NYC co-op/condo building paperwork.

Requirements
-Deep, hands-on GoHighLevel experience (workflows, pipelines, funnels, calendars, sequences).
-Baseline experience writing code with AI tools.
-Strong spoken and written English for calls and messages with US clients.
-Discretion with confidential pricing and payment data.
-Comfortable working a US East Coast shift.
