Video Editor Wanted: Animated Stick-Figure Explainer Channel (2 videos/week, ongoing)

I run an educational/entertainment YouTube channel and I’m looking for a long-term editor. The editing style I want is like this video: ---------- . It uses a simple animated character in a themed room, fast pacing, comedic timing and lots of real footage cut in to match what’s being said.

What you’ll be working with

A finished voiceover for each video
My own character (a simple grey stick-figure-style character) and a themed room background, both supplied by me
Videos run 10–15 minutes

What I need from you

Animate and position the character in the scene so it reacts to the script (gestures, expressions, pop-ins, zooms)
A strong instinct for funny sound effects, placed with good comedic timing
The ability to research and find accurate clips, images and footage that match exactly what the voiceover is talking about. Accuracy matters: the right player, the right match, the right moment.
Text pop-ups, captions, maps or graphics where they help the viewer follow along
Fast, energetic pacing that keeps retention high
2 finished videos per week, delivered on time

Pay

Starting from $1.50 per finished minute of video, with room to increase as we work together
Performance-based bonuses for videos that hit view or retention targets
Long-term, consistent work for the right person

Trial
Before hiring, I’ll ask for a free 30-second demo. I’ll send you a short voiceover clip, the character and the background, and you edit it in the style of the reference video. This is only to check that you can match the style. The demo won’t be used on the channel.
