Work from home Debt Collections

We’re a US-based collections team looking for an experienced, high-volume

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, Eastern Time 8 Hours a Day

What you’ll do:

Make high-volume outbound calls to past-due accounts
Set callback and payment appointments, and follow up until paid
Negotiate payment arrangements within set guidelines
Log every call and outcome accurately
Hit daily and weekly targets

Requirements:

Strong spoken and written English
Proven volume-based collections experience for Biz Loans
Very strong in appointment setting: you book it, you follow up, it happens
Comfortable working independently and hitting targets
Stable internet, backup power, quiet workspace, headset
