About Main Forte Staffing

Main Forte Staffing is a Florida-based healthcare staffing company focused on connecting qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) with healthcare facilities that need dependable staffing support.

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and results-oriented Independent Facility Sales Representative to identify prospective facility clients, build relationships with decision-makers, and generate new staffing business.

This is a professional B2B sales position—not an entry-level virtual assistant or data-entry role.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Research healthcare facilities throughout Florida.
  • Identify administrators, Directors of Nursing, HR managers, and staffing coordinators.
  • Contact nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other appropriate healthcare organizations.
  • Qualify facilities with potential CNA and HHA staffing requirements.

Sales and Business Development

  • Conduct outbound calls and professional email outreach.
  • Present Main Forte Staffing's services with confidence and professionalism.
  • Identify staffing shortages and temporary coverage needs.
  • Handle common objections and develop relationships with facility decision-makers.
  • Follow up with prospects and advance qualified opportunities toward proposals and service agreements.
  • Coordinate negotiations and contract discussions with authorized management.

Client Relationship Development

  • Schedule qualified meetings with facility decision-makers.
  • Identify facility vendor-registration requirements.
  • Maintain professional follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate successful client handoffs to Main Forte Staffing management.

CRM and Sales Reporting

  • Update the Facility CRM and Sales Pipeline accurately.
  • Document decision-maker contacts, staffing needs, objections, and next steps.
  • Provide agreed progress and performance reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company information.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in U.S. B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or business development.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong telephone confidence and professional communication.
  • Demonstrated experience handling objections and difficult sales conversations.
  • Ability to communicate with U.S. business owners, administrators, and management personnel.
  • Experience using CRM software or sales tracking systems.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment.
  • Ability to coordinate with prospects during appropriate U.S. business hours while independently managing work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous U.S. healthcare staffing sales experience.
  • Experience selling services to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or rehabilitation centers.
  • Experience securing new staffing accounts or service agreements.
  • Familiarity with CNA/HHA staffing needs and healthcare facility vendor onboarding.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified meetings and advance opportunities through the sales process.

Initial 30-Day Performance Objectives

During the initial engagement, the representative will work toward the following objectives:

  • Research and verify 40–60 potential facility clients.
  • Develop 8–12 meaningful decision-maker conversations.
  • Generate 3–5 qualified sales meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for proposals and service agreements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and Sales Pipeline documentation.

These objectives are used to evaluate the trial and do not constitute guaranteed sales outcomes.

Independent Contractor Arrangement

The representative will provide services under a written Independent Contractor Agreement and generally retain control over their working methods and schedule.

Main Forte Staffing retains final authority over pricing, staffing commitments, contract approval, and execution.

How to Apply

Interested candidates should provide:

1. Updated resume highlighting U.S. B2B sales experience.
2. A brief summary of past sales achievements, including qualified meetings or accounts acquired.
3. A 60–90-second English voice introduction demonstrating professional sales communication.
