Short-Form Content Creator: Trial Reels for @jadasezer (Freelance, Remote)

You will be working for Jada Sezer, a London-based content creator, founder and mum, and looking for a freelance short-form creator to make and schedule Instagram trial reels for her personal ---------- reels are shown to people who don't follow her yet, so every reel has one job: stop the scroll, say something true about motherhood, and bring new people back to follow her.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create 5 trial reels a week ----------
• Each reel is a short B-roll clip (around 5 seconds) with text on screen and a caption, all about motherhood
• Write your own text on screen: relatable, honest, sometimes funny, always warm. Jada will also send you lines of her own to use
• Reuse B-roll: the same clip can be used more than once with different text on top
• Write the caption for each reel, ending with our standard follow line (we will give you this; it stays the same every time)
• Schedule all 5 reels each week in a secure scheduling tool of your choice
• Keep a simple weekly log of what went out and how each reel performed (views, follows)

WHAT I'LL SEND YOU

• B-roll of simple, everyday moments from my life, sent over WhatsApp, shared Apple folder or Google Drive.
• Text-on-screen ideas when she has them
• The standard follow line for the captions
• Examples of the look and tone I like

THE STYLE

• Clean and simple: the B-roll does the setting, the words do the work
• Text on screen that's easy to read on a phone, placed clear of faces and inside Instagram's safe zones
• Real, warm and on the side of mums, never preachy, mum-shaming or clickbait
• UK spelling throughout. It's always "mum", never "mom"
• No emoji overload, no stock footage

HOW WE WORK

• We communicate on WhatsApp, so you'll need to be quick and reliable there
• You schedule in your own tool, but it must be secure: two-factor authentication on, and access to Jada's account never shared with anyone else
• Reels are scheduled at least a few days ahead, so there's always something in the queue

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

Essential

• Experience creating Instagram Reels with text on screen
• A strong instinct for hooks: you know what makes someone stop scrolling
• Excellent written English and a good ear for a short, punchy line
• Organised and consistent: 5 reels, every week, on time
• Experience with a scheduling tool (Meta Business Suite, Later, Metricool, Planoly or similar)

Nice to have

• You're a mum, or you know the mum audience well
• Experience with Instagram trial reels
• Experience growing a personal brand or creator account

5. Your rate for 5 trial reels a week (per week or per month), uploading, adding captions and your availability
