UX Designer – Remote (US Pacific Hours)

The Cal Agents Realty is looking for a creative and data-driven UX Designer to join our expanding team. We are dedicated to building seamless, high-impact digital experiences that bridge the gap between user needs and business goals. Core Details:
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST/PDT).
Compensation: $7.00 – $9.00 USD per hour (DOE).
Monitoring: We utilize HUBSTAFF for time tracking and productivity management.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As our UX Designer, you will touch every part of the product lifecycle:

Research & Insights: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to decode user behavior.
Structure & Flow: Design intuitive information architecture, sitemaps, user flows, and wireframes.
Rapid Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test concepts and communicate ideas.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with visual designers and engineers to ensure high-fidelity execution and technical feasibility.
Iteration: Analyze usability testing results to refine and improve existing designs.
System Maintenance: Help evolve and maintain our internal design system and style guides.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 3+ years of professional UX design experience.
Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Methodology: A portfolio that proves a deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Education/Portfolio: A link to a portfolio showcasing your process—from research to wireframes to final solutions.
