Scaffolding Takeoff Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scaffolding Takeoff Specialist to review construction drawings and prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for sidewalk sheds and pipe scaffolding projects.

> Experience in architectural drafting, CAD drafting, or construction drawing takeoffs, with the ability to read floor plans, elevations, and sections.
> Ability to measure and calculate dimensions, quantities, elevations, and scaffolding requirements from architectural drawings.
> Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat for PDF markups; AutoCAD experience is an advantage.
> Strong attention to detail in preparing drawing markups, checking measurements, identifying discrepancies, and updating revisions.
> Ability to work independently and coordinate with the team. Knowledge of NYC permitting and Site Safety Plans (SSPs) is an advantage. Scaffolding-specific experience is not required, as training will be provided.
