Shopify Virtual Assistant (LOOKING FOR LONG TERM VA)

We're hiring a Shopify Virtual Assistant for a long-term position with a knack for handling dynamic schedules, juggling multiple priorities, and staying two steps ahead.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Shopify Management: Manage Shopify store updates, including products, collections, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
2. Process customer orders, returns, and refunds
3. Social Media Management: Handle content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
4. Video Editing: Edit videos for social media, marketing, and other purposes.
5. Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics for posts and other marketing materials using tools like Canva.
6. Engagement & Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers.
7. Admin Support: Perform tasks like data entry, calendar management, and email organization.
8. Lead Generation: Research and implement strategies to generate new leads.
9. Automation & Systems Management: Set up landing pages, manage systems, and automate processes where possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience using Shopify (product uploads, inventory management, order processing, collections, discounts, and store maintenance)
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Engagement.
• Preferably, proficient in using tools such as Wix, ManyChat, WordPress, and social media management platforms.
• Experience with automation tools for landing pages and workflows.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads is a plus but not required.
