Job Title: LinkedIn Recruiter — Remote Sales Roles

We’re hiring a recruiter to find and engage strong sales candidates through LinkedIn. You’ll source appointment setters, SDRs, inside sales representatives, and closers, then connect qualified candidates with our hiring team.

Responsibilities

• Find candidates using LinkedIn searches, filters, and relevant groups.
• Review profiles for relevant experience, communication skills, and job fit.
• Send personalized outreach and follow up with interested candidates.
• Screen candidates for experience, availability, compensation expectations, and interest.
• Schedule qualified candidates for interviews.
• Keep accurate records in our recruiting tracker, including outreach, responses, and interview status.
• Avoid duplicate submissions and maintain professional communication.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience using LinkedIn for recruiting or candidate sourcing.
• Ability to recognize relevant sales experience and ask effective screening questions.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer.
• Experience recruiting remote sales professionals is preferred.

How Success Is Measured

You’ll be evaluated on qualified candidates submitted, interviews attended, and successful hires—not simply the number of messages sent.

Location: Remote; Philippines-based applicants welcome.
Compensation: Hourly base plus performance bonuses based on candidate quality and hiring results.
