Customer Support VA – Supplement Brand

Hi! I run a supplement brand in the US and I’m looking for a part-time customer support person, 4 hours a day (7 day a week), to join our team.

What I need:

-Customer support experience for e-commerce / supplement brands
-You must have worked with CheckoutChamp before (subscriptions, refunds, cancellations)
-Experience with Shopify and Re:amaze (or a similar helpdesk)
-Good written English, friendly and clear
-Available 4 hours a day, overlapping with US hours
