AI FILMMAKER / VIDEO DEVELOPER — CREATE SHORT FILMS & SERIES DAILY

We're about to start producing AI-generated short films and episodic series, and we need a dedicated AI video specialist who lives in this work every day. You are the person in the background turning scripts and ideas into finished, polished video — generating, editing, and refining daily. This is a full-time, hands-on production role, not a once-a-week content gig. If you're already making AI films and have the reels to prove it, we want you.

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING. This is a senior-level AI creative role. You must already be fluent with today's AI video, image, and audio tools and be able to show finished work you personally made. If your experience is only basic video editing, or you've only watched tutorials without shipping real AI-generated films, this isn't the role for you.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE (hard requirements — do not apply without these)

Proven, hands-on experience creating AI-generated video — short films, series, or narrative content you personally made.
AI video generation: Veo, Runway, Kling, Sora, or equivalent (consistent characters, cinematic shots, scene-to-scene continuity).
AI image generation: Midjourney, Flux, or Stable Diffusion (characters, frames, style, reference images).
AI audio: voice/dialogue (ElevenLabs or similar), plus music/sound (Suno or similar) for scoring and sound design.
Video editing & post: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects — to assemble, color, caption, and finish the piece.
A portfolio/reel of AI-generated videos you made yourself (this is required — see application).

STRONGLY PREFERRED

Experience keeping characters and style consistent across scenes and across episodes of a series.
Storytelling and shot/scene sense — you understand pacing, hooks, and what makes a film watchable.
Experience cutting long narrative pieces down into short-form vertical clips (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
Prompt-writing skill for video/image models — getting the shot you actually want, efficiently.
Comfort learning new AI tools fast as they're released (this space changes monthly).

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Generate AI video daily — produce the shots, scenes, and sequences for our short films and series.
Create characters, environments, and style frames with AI image tools and keep them consistent across scenes and episodes.
Produce and sync AI audio: dialogue/voiceover, music, and sound design.
Edit and finish every piece in post — assembly, timing, color, captions, final export.
Cut finished narrative pieces into short-form vertical clips for social.
Keep a consistent daily output of generated and edited content.
Maintain a library/system for characters, prompts, styles, and assets so work stays consistent and reusable.
Stay current on new AI film tools and bring the best ones into our workflow.

YOUR FIRST MILESTONE

Show us you can take a short script or concept and deliver a finished AI-generated scene — generated, scored, edited, and exported — to our quality bar.
Set up a simple asset/prompt/character system so output stays consistent day to day.
Establish a realistic daily/weekly output pace we agree on together.

We will not set volume targets before seeing your workflow and speed. We set the daily output pace together once we see how you work.

PAID TRIAL BEFORE THE FULL ROLE We don't hand over a monthly salary on faith. Shortlisted candidates do a short PAID trial first:

Length: 5–7 days, fixed.
Pay: a paid trial, paid on delivery — not an open hourly clock. We'll agree the trial amount with you before it starts.
What you deliver by the end of the trial:
One finished AI-generated short scene (30–90 sec) from a concept we give you — generated, scored, edited, exported.
Two short-form vertical clips cut from it.
A short note on your tools, your workflow, and how you'd keep characters/style consistent across a series.
How the trial is judged: the quality of the finished piece, consistency, and how efficiently you work. A paid trial, whether or not we move forward.
Advancement: a strong trial moves you into the full-time role at the base + bonus above.

REQUIRED: VIDEO WALKTHROUGH Along with your written answers and reel, include a 3–5 minute screen-recording (Loom) walking us through ONE piece you made — show us the tools, the prompts, and how you edited it together. We want to see your actual process, not just the final result. Applications without this walkthrough will not be reviewed.
