Cold Caller / Sales Rep (US Small Businesses): AI Phone Receptionist

AssistCall is an AI phone receptionist for small businesses in the US. It answers every call, takes messages and books appointments, so owners never lose a customer to voi cemail .

We are hiring cold callers to call US small business owners, explain what we do, and book demos or sign them up.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Make outbound calls to US small businesses, every shift
• Talk to owners, handle objections and book demos
• Log the outcome of every call and follow up when you said you would
• Use our browser-based dialer and CRM. Our AI assistant takes notes and suggests answers on your screen during calls

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• Fluent, clear spoken English that US business owners easily understand
• At least 1 year of cold calling, telesales or appointment setting for US clients
• Good, stable internet: wired connection preferred, with a backup such as mobile data
• A computer that runs Chrome, a noise-canceling USB headset, and a quiet room with no background noise
• Comfortable with rejection, and consistent at hitting daily call targets
• Able to work US business hours (see Schedule)

SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm US Eastern Time. That is 10pm to 6am Philippine time right now, and 9pm to 5am during US daylight saving time.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Lead lists, call scripts, training, the dialer and a knowledge base. Calls are recorded and transcribed for quality and training.

PAY
Monthly base pay plus commission on every customer you sign.
