About the Role

Seeded is a clipping and editing platform run by Producer Labs, a music marketing agency in Los Angeles. We're hiring a small team to run our ---------- and support our platform around the clock, so editors and clippers get fast answers and campaigns keep moving.
Shifts: this is a part-time, fixed block of about 20 hours a week. Block C is Mon–Fri, 2 PM – 6 PM PH time. Block D is weekends, 10 PM – 8 AM PH time (Sat night to Sun morning, and Sun night to Mon morning). Block E is Sun and Mon, 8 AM – 6 PM PH time. Please only apply for a block you can commit to long-term.
How Seeded works: brands and artists fund a campaign pool. Editors and clippers post content and are paid per 1,000 views (CPM) until the pool runs out. When they have a question about a campaign, a submission or a payout, you're the person they go to on ---------- . One more thing: put the word SPEEDRUN in the subject line of your application.
We're an early, fast-moving team, so the scope of this role will change as we grow. It suits someone who wants more responsibility over time, takes on new problems without waiting for perfect instructions, and sees being given more to do as the point of the job.
What you'll do:

  • Moderate our ---------- : answer questions, enforce rules, keep channels active and clean, and calm down disputes
  • Run campaign channels: post new campaigns, explain briefs and rules, and answer questions about submissions and payouts
  • Onboard new editors and clippers, and help bring more of them onto the platform
  • Keep our FAQs and help docs up to date as the platform changes
  • Write up bugs, complaints and feature requests clearly for our development team, and over time help test and fix issues yourself (we'll train you)
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to draft replies, summarize feedback and work faster

Must-haves:

  • You use ---------- every day and understand roles, bots, channels and what makes a server healthy
  • Experience moderating or helping run an online community, such as a ---------- server, gaming group or creator community
  • Clear, friendly written English, quick replies, and calm handling of frustrated users
  • Comfortable with computers and with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  • Can describe a problem clearly enough that a developer can act on it without asking follow-up questions
  • Can commit long-term to your chosen shift block

Nice-to-haves:

  • Clipping or video editing experience, or time spent in clipping or editing communities
  • Background in gaming, streaming or the creator economy
  • Experience with help desk tools, Notion or bug tracking
  • Interest in growing into QA, technical support or product work

In your application, tell us about one ---------- community you've moderated or been very active in: what it was, roughly how big it was, and what you did there. Shortlisted applicants will get a short application form before a 20-minute video interview.
