APEX Media Lab is a small performance marketing agency running Meta ads for e-commerce brands in restricted categories (peptides, mushrooms, cannabis accessories and similar). We're growing fast and need someone to keep our ad account supply running smoothly.

The role
This is an operations/admin role, not media buying. You won't touch campaigns. Your job is to make sure our media buyers always have working ad accounts ready to launch. Our infrastructure lead will train you on our exact process.

What you'll do

• Buy ad accounts, profiles and business managers from our approved suppliers
• Set up profiles and proxies in AdsPower
• Add and verify client payment methods on ad accounts
• Replace disabled or restricted accounts quickly
• Keep a backup supply of ready accounts for every brand
• Update our account tracker every shift

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
• Experience with AdsPower or another antidetect browser (Multilogin, GoLogin, Dolphin, etc.)
• Comfortable setting up proxies
• Organized, careful and reliable with repetitive tasks
• Stable internet and backup power
• Good written English
• After training, your schedule must overlap North American mornings for a few hours

Pay
$600 USD/month, paid twice a month via Payoneer. Performance review after 3 months.
