- About Us
We are an Australian-owned business support company based on the Gold Coast. We are a growing remote team that supports Australian business owners with 10 out of 10 team members. We go deep on each business owner before we search, recruit from scratch, and onboard every new team member with structure.
We only hire 10 out of 10 team members. Not good enough, not "they'll do." We would rather take longer to find the right person than rush a hire that doesn't last.
That's why this role isn't about speed or volume. We want you to take your time. Get to know our clients and how their businesses really run. Nurture candidates, build genuine relationships and keep in touch with great people even when there isn't a role for them yet. Ask the extra question, check the extra reference and trust your instincts when something doesn't feel right.
Every new team member is hand-picked, not taken from a waiting list. We pay our team great rates, support them every step of the way, and treat people like people, not numbers.
We're a small, close-knit team that's growing quickly, and this role sits right at the heart of it.
- About the Role
You will lead recruitment for our team and look after our client relationships, working closely with our Founder. You will get to know each client's business well, find people who meet our 10 out of 10 standard, and bring fresh ideas to how we attract and assess talent.
Training and processes are provided. Do the job well, communicate proactively, and ask when unsure rather than assume.
- Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (about 2.5 hours a day)
- Build detailed role briefs for each new position on our team, based on how the client's business runs: the role, hours, skills, tools and the personality that will suit them
- Source, screen and assess candidates from scratch through LinkedIn, Facebook communities, referrals and our talent pool
- Interview thoroughly. Take your time, check references and trust your instincts.
- Shortlist and present only candidates who meet our 10 out of 10 standard, with clear, thoughtful write-ups
- Coordinate interviews and feedback, manage offers and hand new team members over to our Operations team for onboarding
- Keep in touch with strong candidates even when there isn't a role for them yet
Client Success (about 2.5 hours a day)
- Act as a main point of contact for your assigned clients, building genuine, long-term relationships

Systems and Reporting

- Track open roles, candidate progress and hiring outcomes
