Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Online Bookkeeper to handle financial record-keeping and reporting for our company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
-Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately
-Reconcile accounts, process invoices, and manage accounts payable/receivable
-Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting
-Monitor payroll, employee reimbursements, and expense tracking
-Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
-Assist the Accounting team with audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting
-Work closely with management to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or in a similar role
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
-Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Good communication skills (written and verbal)
