Hiring a YouTube Channel Manager for Multiple Faceless Channels

Clavell Media is looking for an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to oversee daily operations and content production across our faceless YouTube channels.

You’ll be the main point of contact for editors, Virtual Assistants, and other team members, keeping everyone organized and making sure videos are completed correctly and published on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with editors, Virtual Assistants, and thumbnail designers.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and follow up on deliverables.
• Maintain a clear production calendar across all channels.
• Review scripts, videos, and thumbnails for quality and consistency.
• Give clear feedback and make sure revisions are completed.
• Oversee titles, descriptions, uploads, and publishing schedules.
• Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve.
• Resolve production bottlenecks and keep projects moving without constant supervision.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing faceless YouTube channels and remote teams.
• Strong understanding of the full YouTube production process.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, and AI video workflows. Vidrush experience is a plus.
• Strong judgment when reviewing content and providing feedback.
