About the Role
Triple Line Brands is looking for an Amazon PPC Specialist to support the day-to-day advertising work for consumer brands across their Amazon marketplaces.
This is an execution and analysis-focused role. You will carry out advertising plans set by a Senior Amazon PPC Strategist, build and optimize campaigns, maintain account hygiene, analyze performance data, and prepare accurate reports. The Strategist will own account strategy and higher-judgment decisions, while you will own the accuracy, quality, documentation, and timely completion of assigned PPC work.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, identifying inconsistencies, following structured processes, and translating clear performance targets into specific campaign changes.
What You’ll Do
Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns based on approved advertising plans.
Conduct keyword and product-targeting research, search-term analysis and harvesting, negative targeting, and routine account reviews.
Translate account-specific ROAS, ACOS, CPC, conversion, and budget-pacing goals into appropriate bid, placement, targeting, and budget adjustments.
Download, organize, analyze, and validate advertising and performance data using Excel or Google Sheets.
Review datasets, reports, and dashboards for missing information, duplicates, incorrect filters, formula errors, unusual results, and inconsistencies between sources.
Monitor sales, spend, TACOS, ACOS, ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, and other relevant performance measures.
Diagnose significant performance gaps or fluctuations, identify likely root causes, and recommend appropriate actions for Strategist review.
Compile, check, and submit PPC performance reports accurately and on time.
Maintain campaign hygiene, including organized structures, naming conventions, targeting, budgets, and campaign uptime.
Document campaign changes, actions taken, test progress, results, and follow-up items.
Support the Senior PPC Strategist with data preparation, reporting, account research, audits, and other PPC-related tasks that help brands progress toward their goals.
Flag risks, blockers, unclear instructions, data issues, or decisions outside your guidelines to the Senior PPC Strategist.
Apply department standards and share practical feedback that could improve campaign execution, reporting, quality assurance, and team workflows.
What We’re Looking For
At least three years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience.
Experience independently managing multiple Amazon advertising accounts or marketplaces for established consumer brands with meaningful advertising spend.
Comfortable managing approximately 10 to 12 substantive brand-marketplace assignments when fully ramped, subject to account complexity and workload capacity.
Strong data analysis skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Experience reviewing and validating PPC datasets, reports, dashboards, or analytical models.
Ability to diagnose performance problems, identify likely root causes, and recommend appropriate actions.
Strong understanding of campaign structures, match types, bidding, placements, budget management, keyword targeting, product targeting, search-term harvesting, and negative targeting.
Ability to translate quantified performance goals into specific campaign optimization actions.
Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, filters, and data validation.
Ability to identify reporting errors, inconsistencies between data sources, and meaningful changes in account performance.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to learn new brands, products, tools, and workflows quickly.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple accounts and evolving priorities.
Organized, dependable, receptive to feedback, and proactive about communicating risks, blockers, and opportunities to improve team processes.
Familiarity with Helium 10, SmartScout, My Real Profit, Atom11, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Amazon DSP experience is a strong advantage, with advanced proficiency preferred but not required.
Experience working remotely with US-based brands or cross-functional teams is an advantage.

You’ll work on a varied portfolio of Amazon brands with clear strategic direction and defined performance goals.
