We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and capable of identifying operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. FBA Reimbursements & Inventory Management
- Audit Amazon Seller Central to identify and recover eligible FBA reimbursements.
- Investigate inbound shipment discrepancies, missing or lost inventory, warehouse damage, customer returns, and inventory adjustments.
- Manage reimbursement cases, including documentation, follow-ups, escalations, and verification of approved claims.
- Monitor FBA and FBM inventory levels, identifying low-stock, out-of-stock, stranded, unfulfillable, and excess inventory.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with internal warehouse teams and Amazon Seller Support.
- Monitor inbound FBA shipments, reconcile received quantities, and resolve receiving discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to reduce inventory losses, storage costs, and other FBA-related expenses.
2. Amazon Listing & Catalog Management
- Create, update, and maintain product listings through Seller Central and bulk inventory file uploads.
- Troubleshoot inactive, suppressed, stranded, and restricted listings to restore product availability.
- Investigate and resolve listing errors, catalog inconsistencies, and SKU, ASIN, or FNSKU mismatches.
- Monitor listing compliance issues and coordinate with relevant teams to address restrictions and reinstatement requirements.
- Review listing health and identify issues affecting product visibility and availability.
3. Reporting & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate inventory reports, reimbursement trackers, and listing issue logs.
- Monitor unresolved cases and provide timely updates on progress, findings, and recommended actions.
- Proactively identify operational risks, reimbursement opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Perform other Amazon Seller Central-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
A. Required:
- At least *1 year of relevant experience* in Amazon Seller Central operations, preferably specializing in FBA reimbursements and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Canada and US marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of FBA reimbursement processes, shipment discrepancies, inventory adjustments, and unfulfillable inventory.
- Experience creating and maintaining Amazon listings, troubleshooting catalog errors, and resolving inactive or suppressed ASINs.
- Familiarity with Amazon compliance-related listing restrictions and reinstatement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for inventory analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, written communication, and ability to work independently.
B. Preferred:
- Experience using reimbursement tools such as Sellerise, GETIDA, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Amazon inventory reports, bulk listing uploads, and catalog error codes.
- Experience investigating complex inventory discrepancies and identifying additional reimbursement opportunities.
C. What We're Looking For
We value candidates who take ownership of their work, investigate issues thoroughly, and proactively recommend solutions rather than simply reporting problems.
The successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple cases, prioritizing urgent issues, and helping improve the accuracy, efficiency, and overall health of our Amazon operations.
