Moving Sales Rep / Closer (Remote, Base + Commission, Top Earners $5K–$8KUSD /Month)

The role
You'll work inbound and warm moving leads by phone and text. You'll turn people who asked for a quote into booked moves. This is a real sales job with real upside, not a cold-calling grind.

What you'll do

Call and text new leads the same day they come in, ideally within minutes
Find out the details of each move: date, home size, inventory, origin and destination, and any special items
Present quotes with confidence and explain our services and protections
Handle objections and price shoppers, and close the booking on the call
Follow up consistently with und ---------- leads until they book or say no
Log every call, note and status change in our CRM
Hand booked moves to dispatch and make sure customers know what happens next
Hit your daily call and follow-up targets and your weekly booking goals
What we're looking for

At least 1 year of phone sales experience. Moving, home services, US call center or appointment-setting work is a big plus.
Clear, confident spoken and written English
A closer's mindset: competitive, coachable and comfortable asking for the sale
Organized, and disciplined about follow-up
Able to work US Eastern Time hours
Reliable internet with a backup, a quiet workspace, a headset and a computer
Pay and earning potential

Base pay of [$X/month] plus [X% / $X] commission on every move you book
Paid weekly through Wise
Some of our reps in the Philippines are making $300 to $1,000 a week, and our top closers earn $5,000 to $8,000 a month or more
No cap on commission: the more you close, the more you earn
