About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, resourceful Organic Traffic & Community Outreach Specialist who knows how to find relevant online conversations, engage with potential customers, and generate qualified website traffic.

This is NOT a traditional social media management position.

We don't need someone to create Instagram graphics, schedule Facebook posts, or manage paid advertising campaigns.

We need someone who knows how to find people who are already interested in subjects such as peptides, longevity, metabolic health, and wellness, then introduce them to our website through genuine, helpful, and appropriate community engagement.

You will work independently and take ownership of this organic traffic-generation channel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Find Relevant Online Communities

• Research and identify active Facebook groups, Reddit communities, Quora discussions, and other relevant online forums.
• Monitor discussions about peptides, longevity, wellness, and physician-guided health solutions.
• Identify opportunities to engage with people actively seeking information.

2. Engage and Build Relationships

• Participate in relevant discussions with thoughtful, helpful responses.
• Answer general informational questions using approved educational resources.
• Introduce Primal Precision Health when relevant and permitted.
• Direct interested users to our website using trackable links.
• Establish relationships with community administrators and moderators where appropriate.

3. Generate Qualified Website Traffic

• Focus on bringing genuinely interested visitors to ---------- .
• Develop and test different approaches to organic community outreach.
• Identify which communities and engagement strategies generate the best results.
• Continuously improve the quality and relevance of referral traffic.

4. Track and Report Results

Provide a simple weekly report covering:

• Communities and discussions engaged.
• Meaningful comments and interactions.
• Website traffic generated.
• Most effective sources and engagement strategies.
• Opportunities for improving results.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Excellent written English, with a natural and conversational communication style.
• Experience engaging in Facebook groups, Reddit, Quora, or similar online communities.
• Understanding of organic traffic generation and community-based outreach.
• Strong internet research skills.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or similar tools to track activities and results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience promoting health, wellness, longevity, or telehealth brands.
• Demonstrated success driving organic traffic to websites.
• Familiarity with website analytics, UTM tracking links, or Google Analytics.
• Interest in emerging health technologies and peptide science.

You do not need to be a medical expert. We will provide educational resources and clear communication guidelines.

Compensation & Opportunity

• $400 USD per month for approximately 20 hours per week.
• Fully remote position.
• Flexible working hours.
• Initial 60-day paid trial.
