WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are NOT looking for someone to train from scratch. We need a proven closer who can pick up a phone, talk to warm leads, handle objections, and enroll clients on day 1.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
--------------------

• Call warm leads daily — people who already filled out a form asking about credit repair
• NO cold calling. Every lead is inbound and pre-qualified
• Explain our packages, handle objections, and close enrollments
• Minimum 100 dials per day
• Log all outcomes in our CRM portal after every call
• Attend 9AM EST team meeting Monday through Friday
• Send daily report by 4:45PM EST

REQUIREMENTS — NON-NEGOTIABLE
--------------------

• Minimum 2 years outbound sales experience (BPO, insurance, real estate, credit, or any direct sales)
• Excellent spoken English — clear, confident, and persuasive on the phone
• Stable internet: minimum 10 Mbps download (you will be tested)
• Reliable computer with working headset
• Available Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (10:00 PM–6:00 AM Philippine Time)
• Self-starter — you must be able to work independently without daily hand-holding
• Experience with VoIP dialers (RingCentral, Five9, Zoho, or similar) preferred

COMPENSATION — THIS IS NOT $100/WEEK
--------------------
Base pay: $250 per week

Commission (per enrollment closed):

• Standard Package ($2,499): $150 commission
• Express Package ($3,999): $250 commission
• Payment Plan ($750 down): $75 commission

What a strong closer earns:

• 3 Standard enrollments/week = $250 base + $450 commission = $700/week
• 5 Express enrollments/week = $250 base + $1,250 commission = $1,500/week

This is a real earning opportunity for someone who can close. We pay weekly via Wise.

THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

We do NOT do traditional interviews. Our process is:

Step 1: Complete our pre-screening form (link below) — 7 sections, takes 20–30 minutes
Step 2: If selected, you will receive a live role-play call — we will play the client, you close us
Step 3: If you pass the role-play, you start within 48 hours

There is no step 4. We hire fast for the right person.
