Outbound Sales Representative, US Software Company, Remote Night Shift, $7/hour plus bonuses

Hi, I'm Steven, founder of a small software company in Florida. We make an AI receptionist that answers the phone for plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians and roofers when they can't pick up, and texts the owner every caller's details right after the call.

I'm hiring 5 outbound sales representatives now, and I plan to grow the team over the next few months.

What you'll do
You'll call owners of US trade businesses, usually on their cell phones, and invite them to try our AI receptionist free for a week. When they say yes, you text them the sign-up link and stay on the line while they sign up. We give you the leads, the dialer, the script, the software and daily coaching.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm US Eastern time, with a 30-minute break.
In Manila time that's 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday night to Saturday morning (9:00 pm to 5:00 am from mid March to early November, when US clocks change).

Pay
$7 per hour, paid on the 15th and 30th of every month by Wise to your bank account, GCash or Maya.
Bonuses: $14 for every business you sign up for the free week, and $56 more when it becomes a paying customer. You'll see your pending bonuses every week.
Your first week is a paid trial week at the full hourly rate, paid within 2 days after the week ends, even if we don't continue together.

You need

• A quiet room where you can work alone
• A USB headset with a microphone
• Fiber or other wired internet
• A computer that can run calling software (we check it together before your trial week)
• Clear spoken English

Calling or customer service experience helps but isn't required: we train you.
Nice to have: backup internet and backup power.
