Part-Time Real Estate Cold Caller & Lead Follow-Up — Remote

We are a Florida real estate investment business seeking a reliable, personable caller to contact land and property owners using lists we provide.

Responsibilities:

Cold call owners to find out whether they are interested in selling.

Ask basic questions about the property, asking price, and selling timeline.

Follow up with interested owners and nurture leads.

Keep accurate call notes and schedule callbacks for our team.

Requirements:

Clear spoken English and strong listening skills.

Previous cold-calling experience; real estate experience preferred.

Reliable internet, a computer, and a headset.

Availability during U.S. business hours.

Hours: Approximately 8–10 hours per week to start.
Pay: $6–$8 USD per hour, depending on experience.
