Urban Designer Needed: Luxury Residential Estate Plot Layout

We are developing a luxury residential estate on approximately 3500 units and are looking for an experienced urban designer to review our site map and prepare the plot layout.

Scope of work

Review the site map, topography, access points, and any existing constraints
Propose the number, size, and placement of plots.
Plan plot spacing and house orientation to maximise views, privacy, and natural light
Design the internal road layout, entrance, and pedestrian routes
Identify suitable locations for shared green space and landscaping
Allow for services and stormwater at concept level, working with our engineers where needed
Check the layout against municipal zoning and planning requirements

Requirements

Proven experience in residential estate or subdivision layouts, with a portfolio of completed work
Relevant qualification in urban design, town planning, or architecture
