Senior .NET Software Developer

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ---------- Developer to join a growing technology team developing innovative enterprise software solutions for the financial services, lending, and business automation industries.

This is a hands-on development role for an experienced engineer who is equally comfortable building powerful backend systems and modern, responsive frontend applications.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and at least one of React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Nuxt, along with practical experience using Claude Code in their daily development workflow.

You will play an important role in designing, developing, and enhancing scalable applications while collaborating with an experienced team on meaningful, technically challenging projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise web applications using C#, .NET

---------- Core, and modern frontend frameworks.

• Build responsive, interactive user interfaces using React, Next.js, Vue.js, or Nuxt.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs, backend services, and third-party integrations.
• Work across the complete application stack, from database design and backend

architecture to frontend implementation.

• Leverage Claude Code to accelerate coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and

development workflows.

• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and

application performance.

• Develop clean, maintainable, secure code using SOLID principles and established

design patterns.

• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and continuous

improvement initiatives.

• Troubleshoot complex application issues and implement reliable, long-term

solutions.

• Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and other team members to

deliver high-quality software.

• Support cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and application modernization

initiatives.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers when needed.

What We're Looking For

Backend Development

• At least 5 years of professional experience developing applications with C# ---------- .
• Strong hands-on proficiency in ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC,

and Web API.

• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
• Strong SQL Server experience, including database design, complex queries, and

performance optimization.

• Practical knowledge of Entity Framework/EF Core and ORM technologies.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and application

architecture.

Frontend Development — Required

• Proven professional experience with at least one of the following frameworks:

React
Next.js
Vue.js
Nuxt

• Strong understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing production-ready frontend applications, not just making

minor UI changes.

• Ability to independently build reusable UI components, manage frontend state,

integrate APIs, and troubleshoot frontend issues.

• Experience developing responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Comfortable taking ownership of both frontend and backend development tasks.

Claude Code & AI-Assisted Development — Required

• Hands-on experience using Anthropic's Claude Code in software development.
• Familiarity with using Claude Code for code generation, debugging, refactoring,

testing, and navigating existing codebases.

• Experience incorporating AI-assisted development tools into regular engineering

workflows.

• Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated code for accuracy, security,

performance, and maintainability.
Please note: Experience using the Claude chatbot alone does not meet this requirement.

Additional Technical Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, and application troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote development

team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, or cloud-native development.
• Experience with real-time communication technologies such as SignalR or

WebSockets.

• Previous experience building applications for banking, lending, mortgage

technology, fintech, or financial services.

• Experience modernizing ---------- applications.
