About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative / Appointment Setter to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be connecting with potential customers, following up with existing leads, and consistently scheduling qualified appointments for our sales representatives.

You'll help our company grow by ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.

We're not looking for someone who simply waits for the phone to ring. We want someone who takes initiative, follows through, and makes things happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to previous leads who haven't moved forward with their flooring projects.
• Reconnect with customers who canceled, rescheduled, or missed appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to new customer inquiries.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, texts, and email s.
• Schedule qualified in-home flooring consultations.
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM.
• Coordinate appointments with sales representatives and manage their calendars.
• Maintain organized follow-up schedules so no leads are forgotten.
• Track daily calls, conversations, appointments booked, and follow-up activities.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in appointment setting, customer service, outbound calling, or sales support.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Friendly, confident, and personable phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established processes while sounding natural.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Coachable, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Reliable internet, computer, and quiet workspace.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working with U.S.-based companies.
• Background in home services or home improvement.
• Experience with lead reactivation and appointment setting.
