Real Estate QC & Media Delivery VA (Part-Time)

Job Type: Part-Time, 15–20 hours per week
Pay: $5.50–$6.50 USD per hour
Schedule: Early morning availability preferred, ideally starting around 6:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

About Us

We're a growing real estate media company that provides professional photography, video, and other marketing materials to real estate professionals. We're looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help us maintain our quality standards and ensure our clients receive their media on time.

What You'll Be Doing
*Quality Control: Review real estate photos, videos, and other media to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.

*Editing Coordination: Identify issues, communicate correction requests to editors, and review completed revisions.

*Media Delivery: Organize and deliver completed media files accurately and on time.

*Basic Editing: Assist with minor photo and video corrections as you become familiar with our standards.

*Social Media Support (Secondary): Help create and schedule Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels, and contribute creative content ideas as needed.

What We're Looking For

1 - Previous experience with photo and/or video editing is highly preferred.
2 - Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual quality.
3 - Excellent organization and time management skills.
4 - Clear, professional communication (must have strong English speaking skills) and the ability to follow up independently.
5 - Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
6 - Willingness to learn new tools, accept feedback, and adapt to established processes.
7 - Early morning availability in Eastern Time, ideally around 6:00 a.m.

Experience with any of the following tools is a plus:
1 - Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
2 - Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
3 - Dropbox, Spiro, or CubiCasa
4 - Instagram and Meta Business Suite

Experience with every platform is not required. We're happy to consider candidates with transferable skills who are eager to learn!
