We are looking for a reliable and experienced recruiter based in the Philippines to help source suitable candidates for Hong Kong company nominee and corporate representative roles.

The Opportunity

We have ongoing recruitment requirements and are looking for someone who can consistently identify, screen and introduce suitable candidates.

There is unlimited ongoing recruitment demand, so this can become a long-term opportunity for the right recruiter.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and recruit suitable candidates based in the Philippines.
• Identify trustworthy, reliable and responsible individuals.
• Screen candidates before introducing them.
• Explain the role and responsibilities clearly.
• Assist candidates with onboarding and required documentation.
• Ensure candidates understand and agree to their legal responsibilities.
• Coordinate any required VPS access or technical setup, or assist candidates with setting up and using a VPS.
• Provide ongoing recruitment support where required.

Candidate Requirements

All candidates must:

• Be based in the Philippines.
• Be trustworthy, responsible and reliable.
• Be willing to complete all legitimate onboarding and administrative tasks.
• Be comfortable with technology and remote working.
• Complete identity verification and compliance checks.
• Understand the responsibilities associated with a Hong Kong nominee appointment.
• Provide informed consent and be willing to fulfil the actual duties of the role.

Payment

• Paid per successfully recruited and approved nominee.
• No fixed recruitment limit.
• Unlimited ongoing recruitment opportunities.
• Commission-based earnings, with payment agreed per successful placement.
