About the Role

We are looking for an Influencer UGC Manager to build creator partnerships and produce real, effective user-generated content for our ads, social media, and website. You will manage paid and gifted collaborations from finding creators through briefing, production, and final delivery. This role mixes relationship management, creative judgment, and organized project management.

What you will do

  • Find and evaluate influencers and UGC creators based on audience fit, storytelling, content quality, and brand fit
  • Manage paid and gifted collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
  • Write clear creator briefs with the Head of Growth and creative team (concepts, hooks, demos, testimonials, calls to action)
  • Handle product shipping, creator onboarding, content reviews, revisions, and final delivery
  • Negotiate and document content usage rights, licensing periods, and permissions for paid ads
  • Keep a content calendar and an organized asset library with permissions and expiry dates
  • Work with the paid media team to learn which creative performs best and order new variations
  • Build long-term relationships with reliable creators
  • Track delivery, engagement, traffic, and sales on influencer posting campaigns
  • Work with the affiliate managers when a creator is a good fit for ongoing commission-based work
  • Check content for accuracy, brand fit, and our product messaging and disclosure rules
  • Report on output, costs, and creative performance

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, UGC production, creator partnerships, or social creative management
  • A portfolio of creator campaigns or UGC you helped produce
  • Strong creative judgment for short-form video and direct-response storytelling
  • Experience negotiating creator fees, deliverables, revisions, and usage rights
  • Strong project management, able to run several productions at once
  • Comfortable using campaign and creative data to improve future briefs
  • Excellent written English and clear, friendly communication with creators and teammates

Nice to have

  • Experience producing creator content for paid social campaigns
  • Experience with wellness, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands
  • Familiarity with video editing workflows and creative testing
  • An existing roster of reliable influencers and UGC creators
