Medicare Outbound Calling Specialist

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Medicare Outbound Calling Specialist to call Medicare leads, find out who is genuinely interested, and transfer those prospects live to our licensed agents. You will follow a set script and compliance guidelines while keeping every conversation warm and professional. This is a great fit for an experienced caller who is organized and thrives on high call volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Medicare leads and introduce our offer using the provided script
• Qualify prospects based on their interest and our criteria
• Transfer qualified prospects live to licensed agents
• Record every call outcome and disposition accurately in the CRM or dialer
• Stay fully compliant with all call scripts and regulations
• Respond to objections calmly and courteously
• Send daily reports on call activity and results
• Let the team know about lead quality problems or technical issues

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven background in outbound calling or telemarketing
• Excellent spoken English and a clear, friendly phone voice
• Ability to follow scripts and compliance rules exactly
• Experience performing live or warm call transfers
• Hands-on experience with a CRM or dialer and accurate dispositioning
• Resilient, positive, and comfortable with high call volume
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience calling Medicare or other insurance leads
• Knowledge of TCPA and call compliance practices
• Spanish-English bilingual ability
• Familiarity with popular dialer platforms
• Good active listening and objection handling
