SEO + Google Ads Specialist - Real Estate Acquisition Website (Part-Time)

We're a Boston-area real estate company that buys properties directly from homeowners. We want more quality seller leads through our website, and we're looking for one person to run both the SEO and the Google Ads for it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Keyword research, on-page SEO, and Google Business Profile
• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns for seller leads
• Set up conversion tracking (GA4 and Google Tag Manager) and manage negative keywords
• Send a plain-English report that shows what happened from click to lead, and what you're changing

DETAILS:

• Ad budget: $5,000/month, paid by us directly
• Hours: about 15-20 per week for the first month or two while we set everything up, then about 5-10 per week
• Pay: $400-$700/month flat, depending on experience

WHAT WE NEED:

• Real lead-generation campaign experience (real estate or home services is a big plus)
• Strong written English, and availability for a short call when we have questions
