Part-Time GoHighLevel Phone & Booking VA (Australian Car Detailing, 2 hrs/day)

We're a mobile car detailing business in Perth, Western Australia, looking for a friendly, confident phone professional who already uses GoHighLevel every day.

This is a long-term part-time role: 2 hours a day, 7 days a week. Same timezone as Perth, no night shift.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Answer inbound calls through GoHighLevel during your shifts
• Return missed calls and voi cemail s from the call log
• Call new website leads and book them into a detailing job
• Reply to customer SMS in GoHighLevel Conversations
• Manage bookings in ServiceM8 (easy to learn): confirmations, day-before reminders, reschedules, and simple customer issues
• Keep every contact updated in GoHighLevel with a note, a pipeline stage and a follow-up task

HOURS (Philippine time = Perth time)

• 8:00am to 9:00am and 5:00pm to 6:00pm, 7 days a week (14 hours/week)
• Both shifts every day, including weekends
• You will be the only support person, so reliability matters more than anything else

PAY

• AUD $8.00 per hour (approx. PHP 300/hr), paid weekly every Friday via Wise
• PLUS AUD $2.00 bonus for every COMPLETED detailing job you booked, paid weekly with your invoice
• Raise to AUD $9.00/hr after a 30-day probation if KPIs are met
• 30-day probation period

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• At least 3 months of hands-on GoHighLevel experience: dialer, Conversations, contacts, opportunities/pipelines, notes and tasks
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, natural accent
• At least 1 year of phone experience: appointment setting, sales or customer service
• Internet of 25Mbps or better
• Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet workspace
• A backup plan for power or internet outages (backup ISP, mobile data)
• Availability for BOTH shifts, 7 days a week
