WE'RE HIRING: Head of Growth & Revenue
Senior E-Commerce & CPG Growth Strategist | Full-Time | Remote | Philippines or Latin America
About The Patch Method™
The Patch Method™ is a fast-growing, female-founded wearable wellness brand on a mission to make everyday wellness simpler, smarter, and more accessible through innovative vitamin patches. We're expanding across direct-to-consumer e-commerce, Amazon, retail, and strategic partnerships while launching products that bring a fresh perspective to the wellness industry. We're building a category-defining consumer brand, and we're looking for exceptional people who want to help build what comes next.
The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Head of Growth & Revenue to take ownership of sales growth across The Patch Method.
This is not a social media manager, a paid ads specialist, or someone who simply suggests marketing ideas. We need a growth leader who understands how successful CPG and DTC brands scale, can identify the greatest revenue opportunities, and knows how to turn strategy into measurable results through a team of specialists.
You will be responsible for developing and driving our company-wide revenue growth strategy across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, retail, affiliates, and new product launches.
You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to define revenue goals, prioritize growth initiatives, coordinate marketing execution, and continuously improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall customer lifetime value.
You won't be expected to personally execute every ad campaign, email , or creative asset. You will be expected to know what needs to happen, why it matters, who should own it, and whether it is working.
Success in your first 90 days means:
A clear company-wide revenue dashboard and weekly growth reporting system are established.
A channel-by-channel revenue growth plan is developed, with priorities and measurable goals.
Customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and product performance have been analyzed to identify the biggest opportunities.
A 90-day growth roadmap is actively being executed across relevant sales channels.
Growth initiatives are being tested, measured, and optimized based on revenue, customer economics, and contribution margin.
Core Responsibilities
Own the company-wide sales growth strategy. Build and lead measurable revenue plans across Shopify DTC, Amazon, wholesale, retail, affiliate partnerships, and new product launches.
Lead customer acquisition strategy. Evaluate Meta, Google, TikTok, creator partnerships, affiliates, organic traffic, and other acquisition opportunities, identifying where investment can generate profitable growth.
Drive customer retention and lifetime value. Develop strategies to increase repeat purchases, subscription adoption, replenishment, customer loyalty, and revenue from existing customers.
Improve e-commerce conversion. Analyze Shopify conversion rates, landing pages, product pages, checkout performance, upsells, bundles, average order value, and customer experience.
Develop product and merchandising growth strategies. Use sales data, customer behavior, product performance, and market insights to recommend product positioning, bundles, promotional strategies, and revenue opportunities.
Lead product launch revenue planning. Build commercial launch strategies, forecasts, campaign plans, channel priorities, and performance measurement for new SKUs.
Coordinate growth specialists and partners. Direct the strategic priorities of paid media, email /SMS, creative, affiliate, and other marketing contributors without personally needing to execute every function.
Own growth analytics and forecasting. Establish dashboards and track total revenue, channel revenue, CAC, MER, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, repeat purchase rate, and contribution margin.
Identify sales channel expansion opportunities. Evaluate growth potential across marketplaces, wholesale accounts, strategic partnerships, creator commerce, and emerging distribution channels, working with the founder on high-value opportunities.
Run weekly revenue reviews and experiments. Present performance against targets, diagnose gaps, recommend action, prioritize tests, and ensure learnings translate into improved execution.
Required Qualifications
6+ years in e-commerce, growth marketing, revenue strategy, or commercial growth roles, including meaningful ownership of growth outcomes.
Proven experience scaling a physical consumer product brand, ideally in CPG, wellness, beauty, supplements, or lifestyle.
Strong knowledge of Shopify and the DTC customer journey.
Demonstrated success increasing revenue while monitoring acquisition costs, profitability, and retention.
Solid working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, email /SMS, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
Ability to interpret marketing performance reports and build actionable growth strategies from data.
Experience planning and executing product launch strategies.
Experience leading or coordinating external specialists, agencies, or internal marketing teams.
Strong financial and analytical skills, including familiarity with gross margin, contribution margin, CAC, and customer lifetime value.
Excellent English communication skills and ability to confidently present strategic recommendations to the founder.
Experience building forecasts, performance dashboards, and structured growth roadmaps.
Non-negotiable: You must be able to provide concrete examples of sales growth you personally helped lead, including starting revenue, ending revenue, timeframe, major actions taken, and how profitability was considered.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience growing consumer brands from approximately $1M to $5M+ in annual revenue.
Experience with Amazon marketplace growth, wholesale, and omnichannel CPG strategies.
Experience scaling subscription or replenishment-based products.
Familiarity with Shopify analytics, GA4, Klaviyo, TikTok Shop, Faire, and attribution/reporting tools.
Experience with Amazon, specialty retail, or creator-driven commerce.
Understanding of inventory planning, product launch economics, and the impact of promotions on margins.
Experience using AI tools for growth research, analytics, experimentation, or workflow efficiency.
What Dedicated Means
This is a full-time, long-term, exclusive position working 40 hours per week for The Patch Method. We are not hiring a freelance consultant, fractional growth advisor, or agency strategist. You will be an embedded member of our leadership team, exclusively focused on growing our brand. We require 4–5 working hours of daily overlap with Arizona Mountain Standard Time (UTC−7 year-round), with flexibility for remaining working hours. You must be available for weekly revenue meetings, cross-functional planning, and regular collaboration with the founder.
