WE'RE HIRING: Personal Brand & AI Systems Manager

Full-Time | Remote | Philippines | U.S. Founder

Are you obsessed with AI, love building systems, and have a fun, magnetic personality that makes connecting with people feel effortless?

I'm looking for a tech-savvy, creative, highly proactive right-hand person to help me scale my personal brand, build AI-powered systems, manage our digital communities, and bring exciting projects to life.

I'm a wellness entrepreneur, founder of The Patch Method™, host of The Biohacked Method Podcast, and creator of a growing personal brand focused on biohacking, entrepreneurship, wellness, and living an optimized life.

We're building something exciting, and I want someone who loves AI, innovation, creativity, community, and making big ideas happen.

This is NOT your typical virtual assistant position.

I'm looking for someone who can take an idea, figure out the technology, build the system, automate the process, and confidently run with it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

1. AI Systems & Business Automation (Top Priority)

• Build and optimize AI-powered business systems using Claude AI.
• Create Claude Projects, reusable AI skills, workflows, and specialized AI assistants.
• Build automations and processes that eliminate repetitive manual work.
• Connect tools, organize information, and create scalable business workflows.
• Identify opportunities to use AI to make the business run smarter and faster.
• Research, test, and implement emerging AI tools.
• Document processes and create organized, easy-to-use SOPs.

2. GoHighLevel & Digital Infrastructure

• Build and manage funnels, landing pages, forms, and CRM workflows in GoHighLevel.
• Set up automated email /SMS follow-ups, lead nurturing, and booking sequences.
• Create organized pipelines for events, inquiries, and customer relationships.
• Maintain and optimize lead capture and conversion systems.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with other tools and platforms.

3. Personal Brand & Instagram Community

• Help grow and nurture an engaged community on Instagram.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and community conversations in my authentic brand voice.
• Proactively engage with followers, creators, entrepreneurs, and potential collaborators.
• Support content scheduling, community initiatives, and audience growth.
• Bring creative ideas, positive energy, and genuine enthusiasm to our online community.
• Help turn followers into meaningful relationships and brand advocates.

4. Website & Digital Projects

• Help build and update websites and landing pages using Claude AI and modern AI website-building tools.
• Support website improvements, lead magnets, opt-in pages, and digital experiences.
• Coordinate the technical setup of new offers, digital products, and launches.
• Troubleshoot issues and find solutions independently.

5. CEO Dinner Series & Event Systems

• Build an organized, automated system for our CEO Women's Dinner Series.
• Manage event inquiries, applications, guest bookings, and confirmations.
• Create automated follow-up sequences, reminders, and post-event communication.
• Organize guest databases, attendee information, and relationship tracking.
• Help create an elevated, seamless guest experience from booking through follow-up.
• Build repeatable systems so future events run effortlessly.

6. Founder & Personal Brand Support

• Help turn my ideas into organized, actionable projects.
• Coordinate special projects, launches, partnerships, and personal brand initiatives.
• Keep projects moving forward, follow up on details, and proactively anticipate needs.
• Support light administrative and personal assistant responsibilities as needed.
• Be the person who says, "I've already figured out how to make that happen!"

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

• Strong hands-on experience using Claude AI, including Projects, advanced prompting, and building repeatable AI workflows.
• Proven experience with GoHighLevel, including CRM, funnels, automation, pipelines, and booking systems.
• Experience with workflow automation tools and integrations.
• Confidence using AI-assisted website development tools.
• Instagram community management experience with an authentic, personable communication style.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Strong project management, organization, and independent problem-solving abilities.

POSITION DETAILS

Location: Philippines (remote)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with required overlap during Arizona business hours

Role: Long-term position with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility

Compensation: Competitive, based on technical expertise and demonstrated experience
