Prepress Designer & Customer Support (Remote, Long-Term)

We’re a commercial printing company in Singapore, running since 2013. We print school workbooks, booklets, name cards, stickers, flyers and packaging.

We’re looking for someone to join our team long-term. The role starts as a 4-month contract (covering a colleague’s maternity leave), and we plan to convert it to a permanent role for the right person.

What you’ll do (both are core to the role):

Customer support

Handle customer chats on Crisp and email . Our AI assistant answers some questions, but when a message comes in, jump in right away and take over, even if you’re mid-file
Answer enquiries, advise on print options, and help with quotations
Collect complete order details (quantity, size, material, deadline) before jobs go to production

Prepress

Check customer files and fix or recreate artwork in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Prepare print-ready PDFs: combine Word/PowerPoint files, page order, blank pages, 2-up layouts, bleed and trim

You have:

2+ years in prepress, print production or a print shop
Strong Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat skills
Clear, friendly written English
Live chat or customer service experience (a big plus)
A reliable computer & stable internet

Pay: USD 700–1,050 per month, depending on experience. Paid on time, every month. A raise when you convert to permanent.
