Sales Closer / Growth Marketer | 40,000 PHP + Uncapped Bonus

Halo Happy Homes ( ---------- ) takes care of homes in 32 cities, Asia and the USA first: cleaning, aircon, pools and rental turnovers, plus Halo Space upgrades such as solar, satellite internet and smart home. We are a US company. We bring the clients, vetted local partners do the work.

We are hiring for 2 roles. Choose the one that fits you best.

1. SALES CLOSER
Find clients and close them: property managers, Airbnb hosts, villa and condo owners, real estate agents, small hotels. Every paying client is a win.

2. GROWTH MARKETER
Put Happy Homes in front of buyers and turn interest into orders: partnerships, listings, communities, content, referrals. You also bring in vetted local partners where we need them. Your key number: paid orders from your channels.

PAY

• 40,000 PHP/month fixed (20,000 PHP part-time) and 13th-month pay.
• 20% client bonus on every new client's first paid booking, no cap, from day one.
• Paid on the 15th and the last day of each month, by GCash, Wise or bank transfer. We cover the fees.
• Terms may be updated as we grow. Any change applies only to future work, with written notice, and anything already earned is always paid.

HOW WE HIRE
Shortlisted applicants get a personal link and earn the client bonus from day one. Your first paid booking starts your fixed pay, with a written contract after a short call.
