We're looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing & GoHighLevel Specialist to work directly with our Founder and CEO.

This isn't your typical VA role. We're looking for someone with strong digital marketing experience, advanced GoHighLevel skills and a genuine can-do attitude.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Digital Marketing & Growth

• Implementing digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, funnels and email marketing.
• Supporting organic content marketing, social media scheduling and publishing.
• Building and optimising customer journeys, lead nurturing and marketing automation.
• Helping manage our internal organic growth and marketing activities.
• Supporting other marketing activities and campaigns as required.

GoHighLevel, SaaS & AI

• Managing and optimising our existing GoHighLevel systems and client accounts.
• Expanding and refining our existing white-label CRM and SaaS offerings.
• Configuring snapshots, workflows, funnels, pipelines, automations and integrations.
• Supporting new AI-powered marketing and CRM solutions.
• Assisting with client onboarding, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Developing reusable templates, documentation and training resources.

Kajabi, Online Programs & Community Management

• Assisting with configuring and launching online coaching programs and membership communities.
• Helping set up and manage our new Kajabi platform.
• Taking ownership of day-to-day community administration.
• Managing member onboarding, content uploads, communications and resources.
• Supporting the ongoing delivery and improvement of our online programs.

Marketing Technology & General Support

• Assisting with website, landing pages, email campaigns and other marketing platforms.
• Using AI tools to research, solve problems and improve marketing processes.
• Supporting content coordination, marketing operations and client delivery.
• Undertaking other marketing, AI, technology and related business growth activities as reasonably directed by the Founder.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including lead generation, funnels and marketing automation.
• Advanced hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong technical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and deliver outcomes.
• Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

• GoHighLevel agency-level configuration, SaaS Mode and snapshots.
• Kajabi, online courses or community management.
• AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude or similar.
• Search Atlas, SEO and organic marketing.
• Website, Canva and basic video editing.
• ClickUp, Asana, Trello or other project management platforms.
• Experience supporting Australian businesses.

THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who's resourceful, proactive and outcome-focused.

Someone who enjoys challenges, takes initiative and doesn't need to be told what to do every five minutes.

If you haven't done something before, you're willing to research it, experiment, test solutions and work out how to achieve the desired result.

We want someone who takes genuine ownership, communicates proactively and enjoys contributing ideas.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Remote, part-time role, initially 20 hours per week 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
• US$8 to US$12 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
• Paid one-week trial, followed by a first-month performance review.
