About the Role

KimorKingdom is a growing clothing brand looking for a creative, proactive, and sales-driven Social Media & E-commerce Content Manager to grow our online presence and increase online sales.

We are looking for someone with experience in social media management, digital content creation, short-form video marketing, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging content, leverage social media trends, grow an online audience, and turn viewers into paying customers.

Experience working with fashion or clothing brands is a plus, but not a requirement. We welcome candidates with experience across different industries, provided they have strong content creation, social media, and e-commerce marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a weekly social media content strategy.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos consistently.
• Manage and grow our TikTok, Facebook , and Instagram platforms.
• Create engaging product showcases, promotional videos, styling content, and other brand-related content.
• Identify trending sounds, formats, hashtags, and opportunities to increase organic reach.
• Repurpose content across TikTok, Facebook Reels, and Instagram Reels.
• Develop promotional campaigns to support product sales, seasonal promotions, and clearance initiatives.
• Drive traffic from social media platforms to our Shopify store.
• Monitor engagement, website traffic, audience growth, and sales performance.
• Analyze content performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Provide weekly performance reports and content recommendations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in social media management and digital content creation.
• Experience managing business social media accounts, particularly TikTok, Facebook , and Instagram.
• Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut or similar tools.
• Understanding of TikTok trends, viral content strategies, and organic social media growth.
• Experience creating content that attracts attention, builds engagement, and encourages purchases.
• Understanding of e-commerce marketing and the customer buying journey.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Ability to develop content calendars, plan campaigns, and work independently.
• Strong written communication, creativity, organization, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• Experience working with fashion, clothing, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer product brands.
• Experience growing social media accounts organically.
• Experience using social media analytics and tracking sales conversions.
