Overview
Apollo Media is a marketing company catered toward the kitchen and bathroom remodeling industry. We help business owners by building professional websites, automating customer relationship management, running Facebook ads, and helping them rank higher on Google. We are looking to hire two experienced cold callers to prospect local American businesses and set appointments for our sales team.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience.
Excellent spoken and written American English: clear, neutral, and easy for U.S. business owners to understand.
Confident, professional phone presence and ability to follow a script without sounding robotic or overly "salesy."
Organized and proactive employees who are comfortable managing daily outreach activity with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do
Make outbound cold calls to U.S. kitchen and bathroom remodeling business owners using provided leads and scripts.
Introduce Apollo Media's services and explain how we help remodelers capture more inquiries and book more jobs.
Qualify prospects, handle basic objections, and book qualified discovery calls for our sales team.
Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of every call, conversation, and appointment in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach and improve booking rates.

Performance Expectations
Specific targets will be set after training. Performance is measured on:
Completed outbound calls per day
Booked appointment show rate (those who actually attend)
Organized follow-up completion

Is This Job Right for You?

Most of your calls will end in a no, a hang-up, a gatekeeper, or voi cemail , and you have to keep dialing for the full 4 hours anyway with no one standing over you. Every call is logged and reviewed, and your performance is tracked daily. If you need someone pushing you to stay on task, do not apply. Equipment & Workspace
Reliable power setup with a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) to bridge short outages without dropping calls; backup power for longer interruptions is strongly preferred.
Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps; 50+ Mbps preferred).
Quiet, dedicated workspace for calls.
Quality headset with microphone.
Desktop or laptop computer (Windows 10/11 or macOS).
Backup internet (mobile hotspot or secondary connection) in case of outages.

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $5 USD per hour, part time
Performance bonus: $150 USD for each qualified appointment that turns into a closed sale.
ADDITIONAL BONUS - Pay Increase: Hit 12+ held demos in a month on your part-time schedule and earn $5.50/hour the next month. Hit 20+ and earn $6/hour the next month.
Hours: Monday to Friday, U.S. 10 AM to 2 PM EST / 11 PM to 3 AM PHT
Breaks: One paid 15-minute break per shift
Remote position
