AI Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist (Senior) | ₱100K–₱250K/month | US + PH Accounts

About the Role

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on AI marketing expert whose main job is generating leads. You’ll build and run full lead-gen systems for our US and Philippine accounts: AI-made creative, paid ads, landing pages and automations that follow up with leads.

This is not an entry-level role or a “social media VA” role. We pay at the top of the market for people who can show what they’ve built.

What You’ll Do
Plan and run lead generation campaigns from start to finish for US and PH markets
Build and launch paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and improve them based on CPL and ROAS
Make AI-generated videos, ads and social posts for every platform
Build high-converting landing pages and funnels
Set up marketing automations: lead capture → CRM → email /SMS/Messenger follow-up → booked calls
Connect tools with integrations and AI agents (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, MCP connectors, etc.)
Track results and report on leads, cost per lead, conversion rates and pipeline
Must-Have Skills
2+ years of proven lead gen results with numbers you can share (CPL, leads, conversion rates)
AI creative tools: for example Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, Midjourney, ChatGPT/Claude, CapCut, ElevenLabs
Landing pages: for example GoHighLevel, Lovable, Webflow, Framer, ClickFunnels, WordPress
Automation: Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel workflows, CRM setup
Paid ads: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, including pixel and conversion tracking
Strong written English for US audiences, and an understanding of what works for PH audiences
Keeps up with new AI tools and actually uses them
Nice to Have
Experience in health, wellness, aesthetics or other regulated industries
Experience building AI chatbots or AI agents for lead qualification
Video editing and motion graphics
Experience with US healthcare or telemedicine marketing

Videos: AI-generated ad or social videos
Social media posts: static and carousel creative
Landing pages: live links preferred
Lead gen campaigns: what you ran and the results (screenshots of ad dashboards are welcome)
Automations: screenshots or a Loom walkthrough of workflows you built
Paid ad campaigns: creative plus performance metrics
Compensation & Setup
₱100,000–₱200,000/month, based on skill level and proven results. We pay more for people who can show more.
Full-time (THIS IS BASED ON SKILL!)
Remote is fine. We have an office in Manila, and being able to come in from time to time is a plus but not required.
