About the Role

Project Manager – Print & Apparel Production (Full-Time, Long-Term)

If you're ambitious, a fast learner, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping things moving – and most importantly, someone who takes ownership of projects and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks – you're exactly who I'm looking for.

I currently operate a growing business specializing in custom printing, apparel, and related products. We work with customers on a wide variety of projects, and I'm looking for a great project manager who can help us keep everything organized, running smoothly, and delivered on time.

Organization is by far the most important trait for this position. You don't need to know everything about printing or apparel production on day one, but you do need to be the kind of person who naturally keeps track of details, follows up without being asked, and takes pride in making sure things get done correctly.

When hiring, I intend to provide a full-time, permanent position for you. In addition to my US-based employees, I currently have a small team of Filipino employees who are absolutely wonderful, and I'm eager to grow with more amazing and talented men and women.

Please understand in advance that this application has very specific requirements, resulting in lower competition. Please read it carefully and apply correctly to be considered.

The Job:

I'm looking for a full-time project manager who can take projects from our sales team and manage them through the production process, making sure every order is accurate, organized, and completed on schedule.

Your most important responsibility will be taking jobs from our sales team, creating detailed order packets, and sending those jobs to production. These packets need to contain all the information our production team needs to complete the job correctly, without confusion or unnecessary back-and-forth.

From there, you'll be responsible for tracking each job through production, communicating with the appropriate people, identifying potential delays, and making sure orders are completed and delivered on time.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Receiving new jobs from the sales team and reviewing all order details for accuracy and completeness.

Creating clear, detailed production order packets with specifications, artwork, quantities, deadlines, and other important information.

Submitting jobs to our production team and making sure they have everything needed to get started.

Tracking multiple orders at different stages of production and keeping their statuses up to date.

Following up proactively with production teams and vendors to make sure deadlines are being met.

Catching missing information, mistakes, or potential delays before they become bigger problems.

Communicating with our sales team to provide updates and resolve questions.

Helping improve our systems and processes as the business continues to grow.

What I'm Looking For:

Above all else, I'm looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

You should be comfortable managing many moving pieces at once, keeping track of deadlines, and taking responsibility for making sure nothing gets forgotten.

Experience in the printing, custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, or promotional products industry is a definite plus, but not required.

Some graphic design experience is a HUGE plus. Being comfortable working with artwork, understanding file formats, and making basic adjustments in programs like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop would be incredibly valuable in this position.

You should also be a strong communicator, comfortable using computers and project management software, and willing to learn new systems quickly.

The Opportunity:

You'll be working full-time during US business hours and will become an important part of our daily operations.

The most important aspect of this job is the ability to learn new skills, think critically, stay organized, and solve problems independently.

I don't want someone who simply waits to be told what to do next. I'm looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates problems, and genuinely cares about getting things right.

As our business grows, there will be opportunities for you to take on more responsibility, improve our operations, and grow professionally along with the company.

If you're looking for a stable, long-term position where your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to get things done will be genuinely valued, I'd love for you to apply.

Excellent English speaking skills is REQUIRED.
A learned American / Southern US / British / Australian accent is a PLUS.
A PC/Mac powerful enough to handle timeproof, justcall, and zoom simultaneously is REQUIRED.
A fast and stable internet connection is REQUIRED

To apply for this job;

1. Respond with the subject, "I'm the Amazing PM you're looking for! Just ask [insert the name of one of the companies on the home page of www.royalprints.shop]"

2: In the first line of your message, say "Hello from [insert the city in which our company is headquartered]

3. Next, please write 3 sentences explaining why you would like this position and what makes you a good fit. More or less than that will disqualify the application.

4. After answering 3, please let me know of any specifically relevant experience you have. Please attach a copy of the google logo from 2007.

5. Attach your CV.

If you have a personal website or resume, link those as well.

Make sure to follow the above steps. This is a great job opportunity where you will be able to receive bonuses, and raises. The reason for the extra steps is to filter out the noise so that I can see the applications of those who really want the job. If you are selected for an interview, we'll speak over zoom/google meet call, requiring video.

Please do not write any more information that what I have asked above, that will cause your application to be disqualified. If you got this far, you have a much higher chance of actually getting a full time position than with other job postings. The competition for a job like this will be much lower, because many people who would submit an application randomly will not take the time to submit a complete application - or they may submit a disqualifying application. This is designed to give you a chance to stand out, I'm looking forward to meeting you,

-Casey
