Asset Recovery Agents of America LLC is hiring experienced cold callers to connect with potential clients in the United States.

About Our Business

We help former property owners and their heirs recover surplus funds they may be entitled to receive. Surplus funds are money that may remain after a foreclosure or tax auction once applicable debts, taxes, fees, and expenses have been paid.

Our company researches potential claims, locates the correct owners or heirs, and assists with the recovery process. Clients pay no upfront fees; our company earns a fee when funds are successfully recovered.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound calls using company-provided leads.
• Determine whether you have reached the correct former property owner or an appropriate heir.
• Introduce our company and explain our surplus funds recovery services.
• Gather basic information and identify interested potential clients.
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up records.
• Get a valid email address of correct clients or heirs, if no email then mailing address
• Pass positive leads and case details to the owner/manager.

The owner/manager will conduct further research to determine whether money may be owed to the potential client, explain the next steps, and send contracts when appropriate. Cold callers must not promise that funds are available or guarantee a recovery.

Schedule and Pay

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. U.S. Mountain Standard Time (MST, UTC−7).
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Pay: $1.61 USD per hour — $64.40 USD for 40 hours worked.
• Payday: Every Friday, U.S. time.
• Training: Begins immediately.
• Full-time cold calling starts: November 2026.

Applicants must convert the listed U.S. days and hours to the current Philippine schedule and confirm that they can consistently work those hours.

Required Qualifications

• Your own computer, reliable internet connection, and headset.
• A quiet workspace suitable for professional calls.
• Clear spoken English and strong listening skills.
• Previous cold calling experience.
• Some understanding of the surplus funds recovery business.
• Professionalism, patience, and respectful communication with potential clients and heirs.
• Accurate recordkeeping and the ability to follow company procedures.
• Willingness to protect confidential client and company information.

Calling System and Monitoring

We expect to use Grasshopper for business calls. The final calling platform will be confirmed during training. Calls will be recorded and monitored by the owner for training, quality, and performance review.

Company Bonus Opportunities

Earn $50 per approved contract, and earn 5% of net profit on all paid out contracts earned by the VA cold caller.
