Lead Research VA – Business Owner Research (Google Sheets)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented VA to research small business owners in the U.S. commercial cleaning industry.

What you’ll do:

Work through a Google Sheet of companies, one row at a time
Filter out companies that don’t fit (franchises, residential cleaners, etc.)
Find each company’s website and confirm the phone number
Identify the actual owner of each business and confirm their age
Find the owner’s home mailing address, personal cell, email , and LinkedIn using people-search tools (Instant Checkmate, FastPeopleSearch)
Send a short end-of-day update on WhatsApp

You’ll get a clear step-by-step SOP, a ready-made Google Sheet, and logins for the tools. All research is online.

Requirements:

Strong English reading and writing
Experience with Google Sheets
Experience with online research, lead generation, or skip tracing (a big plus)
Very accurate. Mailing addresses must be correct.
Reliable internet and available on WhatsApp
