Freight Brokerage Track and Trace Expert

We are looking for an experienced Track & Trace Specialist to join our freight brokerage team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a US freight brokerage or 3PL, understand domestic US transportation, and be familiar with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Responsibilities

Track shipments from pickup to delivery and provide timely status updates.

Communicate with carriers and drivers to confirm locations, ETAs, and delivery appointments.

Update shipment statuses and information in the TMS.

Proactively identify delays and resolve transportation issues.

Collect PODs and other required shipping documents.

Maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers.

Requirements

Prior freight brokerage or 3PL experience is required.

Experience using a TMS (Transportation Management System) is required.

Strong understanding of domestic US freight transportation (FTL, LTL, flatbed, reefer, etc.).

Familiarity with BOLs, PODs, pickup/delivery appointments, and carrier operations.

Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.

Important: We are looking for someone who already understands US freight brokerage operations and can start contributing with minimal training.
