IT Manager

Starbond (CPH International LLC) is a US-based e-commerce brand (Amazon FBA, Walmart, Shopify) building a fully automated, AI-driven operation. We're hiring an IT Manager to own the infrastructure that keeps everything running.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Every department — Supply Chain, HR, Operations, Finance — runs on integrations, automations, and AI agents that must work without interruption. One expired API token, one unmonitored server failure, or one credential in the wrong hands can stop the business. This role exists so that never happens, and so our automation roadmap keeps moving forward.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
1. Server infrastructure and uptime — Linux VPS environments running Python scripts and Google App Scripts 24/7
2. API and integration management — Gusto, Hubstaff, Cin7, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, GPT / Claude / MCP connectors
3. AI agent deployment — building and maintaining autonomous agents across company workflows; every agent documented before going live
4. Credential security and access control — root credentials held exclusively by this role and the CEO; role-based access enforced across all platforms
5. ERP development — architecture, development, and maintenance of Starbond's custom parallel ERP system
6. IT helpdesk — structured intake, triage, and resolution of all IT support requests; critical issues resolved within 4 hours
7. Subscription and vendor management — monthly audits by the 5th of each month, cost and utilization data on every line item
8. Business continuity and disaster recovery — DR plan, biannual drills, documented RTO and RPO
9. IT project management — ClickUp backlog, bi-weekly status updates to leadership, IT Lead supervision

REQUIRED

• Production-grade Python: writes, debugs, and reviews code without passing unchecked AI output to production
• Google Apps Script and Google Workspace domain administration (user provisioning, group management, security settings)
• Linux VPS management: SSH, file permissions, process management, cron scheduling
• REST API architecture: OAuth 2.0, token-based authentication, rate limiting, webhooks
• AI connector deployment: GPT, Claude, MCP in live operational workflows
• 2+ years managing technical team members with direct accountability for output quality

PREFERRED

• ERP development or data architecture experience
• IT helpdesk SLA management across multiple departments
• Vendor contract negotiation and IT cost optimization
• Disaster recovery planning and DR drill execution
• IT project management end-to-end (scope, milestones, status reporting, close-out)
